Fall Fest at Edith Read
More than 1600 people attended the 2025 Fall Fest held at Edith Read Sanctuary on Saturday, October 11. The event was organized by The Friends of Read to celebrate their 35th anniversary, as well as the 40th anniversary of the Edith Read Wildlife Sanctuary.
Visitors enjoyed live music, interactive animal exhibits, food trucks, craft beer, arts and crafts, face painting, pumpkin picking and more! Events were scattered throughout the sanctuary to encourage exploring the many trails. There was story-telling in the Bamboo Forest, Bee-Havior and honey tasting at the Apiary, a dramatic Birds of Prey exhibit in the Back Field and scavenger hunts throughout the area.
